The Canadian Team will represent Canada at the World Championships in Australia in January 2017.

We are very proud that the team is composed of 4 pilots and 4 crew members from SOSA. It indicates the high level of skills, experience and dedication of our club members and a chance to learn from pilots that are among the best in the world.

Taking the gliders to Australia and the operational cost during the competition will be primarily funded by team members with support from Soaring Association of Canada, friends and family.

The 2016 SOSA Annual General Meeting will happen on Feb 27 this year.

All members are welcome to attend. However, please remember that in order to be eligible to vote at the meeting you must be a Sustaining or Life member, have joined the club for the 2016 year AND do not have a balance owing to the club.
