This season the Friday student training night will start on 27 May.
We will plan to start at 5 PM each Friday and fly until sunset. Come out Friday night, pitch a tent and fly Friday night and Saturday morning!
This year the Friday night student training will exclusively use the winch launch system.
There are many benefits of this to the student:
1. It's cheaper! $7.50 per launch
2. The flight turn around time is much quicker
3. Each student should be able to take 3-4 flights per evening
4. You will get lots of circuit and landing practice
All students, at any level of training, are invited to attend the Friday night sessions. The training will not be "winch launch" training, it will be student training to work on all aspects of your flying as the conditions permit.
As well as the flight training, we will be happy to work on training anyone and everyone on how to operate the winch to launch gliders.
