SOSA's Terry Filgate to receive lifetime achievement award for filmmaking

Terry Macartney-Filgate has been a SOSA member for many, many years, giving back to the club as towpilot and instructor.

But many people do not know that this quiet World War II Royal Air Force veteran brought his film-making skills with him when he arrived in Canada, and that he is one of this country's top documentary filmmakers. Congratulations, Terry!
